신해철의 다섯 번째 솔로 앨범이자 리메이크 앨범.
그동안 록 음악을 선보여오던 신해철로서는 뜻밖에도 재즈 장르의 곡들만 수록한 앨범이다. 정규 앨범임에도 불구하고, 앨범은 리메이크 음반의 성향이 강한 편이다. 신해철의 앨범으로서는 거의 유일하다시피 신해철이 다른 사람에게 프로듀싱을 맡긴 앨범이기도 하다. 제작비를 아낌없이 투입한데다 28인조의
빅 밴드까지 동원해서 앨범의 퀄리티 자체는 수려하나 한국어 가사가 은근 느끼하게 들리는데다 재즈라는 장르 자체가 신해철과의 이미지와는 상당히 동떨어져 있는지라 꽤나 호불호가 갈리는 앨범이다. 레코딩 기간은 녹음 시작부터 믹스에 이르기까지 단 6일 만에 종료되었으며, 이 시기에는 라이브 때 크로스오버 빅 밴드 세바(SEBA)와 활동을 함께했다.
수록곡은 신해철을 위해 딸을 선물한 아내에게 헌정하는 의미의 유일한 신곡인 Thank you and I love you를 제외하고, 과거 발표했던 재즈 카페의 리메이크와 국내외의 명곡들을 수록하였다. 신해철 본인의 말에 따르면 쉬어가는 앨범 격으로 가족이 모여서 와인 따라놓고 들을 수 있는 앨범으로 만들었다고. 사실상 자신의 가족에게 바치는 헌정 앨범인 셈이다.
신해철 하면 떠오르는 많은 사진들 중 정장을 입고 둥근 안경을 쓴 상태로 찍은 흑백 사진들은 모두 이 앨범의 부클릿에 포함된 사진들이며, 신해철의 영정 사진에 이 앨범의 커버 사진이 사용되었다. 나무위키의 신해철 항목의 프로필에 쓰인 사진도 이 앨범에서 나온 사진이다.

이 앨범은 신해철의 목숨을 구해줬다고 할 수 있는 앨범인데,
ReGame? 앨범 발매 이후 기타리스트 데빈이 탈퇴하는 등 여러 악제가 이어지자 정신적으로 큰 충격을 받은 신해철이 운전을 하다 갑자기 자살 충동을 느껴 그대로 한강을 향해 뛰어들려고 차를 몰고 있었다가 이 앨범을 완성하지 못한게 생각나서 급하게 왼쪽으로 핸들을 꺾었고 그대로 가드레일을 들이받아 갈비뼈 한 대가 금이 가고 온 몸에 타박상을 입는 정도로 끝났다고 한다.
[1] 이렇게 말하니 별거 아닌 사고 같지만 사고가 난 차는 사고 당시 360도 회전을 두 바퀴 돈 후에야 멈췄고 사고 후에는 멀쩡한 부분이 거의 없었다고 한다. 그야말로 하늘이 도운 셈.
