듀크 쿤산 대학교(Duke Kunshan University, 昆山杜克大学)는 미국 최상위 명문 사립대인 듀크 대학교(Duke University)와 중국 최상위 명문대인 우한대학(武汉大学)의 합작투자 대학으로 중국 쿤산시(市)에 위치하고 있다.
중국 상하이시와 접하고 있는 쿤산시에 있는 듀크 쿤산 대학교는 쿤산시가 캠퍼스 부지를 10년간 무상으로 제공하면서 지난 2013년에 세워져, 세계 일류의 연구형 대학을 건설하는 데 목표를 두고 있으며# 미국의 탑12 대학교 중 중국에 합작투자 대학교를 설립한 것은 듀크 대학교가 유일하다. #

설립된지 얼마 되지 않은 학교임에도 듀크 대학교와 우한대학의 파격적인 지원, 독특한 학부 과정, 세계적 수준의 화려한 교수진의 영입, 지리적 이점 등을 통해 비교적 짧은 기간 안에 급성장하고 있는 우수한 학교로 자리잡고 있다. 약 1:10의 교수 대 학생의 비율로 소규모 강의를 진행함으로써 미국 모델의 리버럴 아츠 칼리지의 장점을 지니면서도 Rooted Globalism, 문제해결 중심의 협동적 교과 과정, 세계 각지에서 합류한 우수한 교수진과 학생 간의 합동 연구 기회 등을 기반으로 새로운 차원의 대학 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이를 반영하듯 2021년 학부생 모집에서 세계 100여개국 1,800명 이상의 지원자가 몰림으로써 2020년의 두 배의 숫자를 기록하였다.# 뿐만 아니라, 300여명 남짓의 소수정예 학교라는 점 및 2022년에 첫 졸업생이 배출된다는 것을 고려했을 때 Oxford나 Harvard 등 Academia 중심으로 유수 대학원에 진학하는 비율이 굉장히 높고, FAANG, MBB 컨설팅 펌, 골드만삭스 등 재학생들의 취업 현황도 높다는 점에서 앞으로의 아웃풋이 굉장히 크게 기대된다. #
