운명 교향곡을 리믹스 했다. 처음에 시작하는 멜로디를 들으면 누구나 알아차릴 수 있을 것이다. 제목 앞의 LVBNR5는 "Ludwig Van Beethoven sinfonie NR.5"를 줄인 것이다. 일렉트로닉 사운드와 특유의 보컬이 가미된 레이브로 리믹스된 곡.
스크롤 속도는 이지모드는 느리고 하드모드는 보통 빠르기 속도이다. 엇박과 겹노트가 좀 있지만 무난하게 클리어가 가능하다.
일러스트의 캐릭터는
TELHARMONIUS(텔하모니우스) : Destructor of Balance(균형의 파괴자)로 팬들은 '마왕'을 애칭으로 부른다. 여담으로 동챕터에
LVBNR5 Weiß라는 이름의 같은 작곡가가 작업한 곡이 있다. 리믹스 된 곡도 같은 운명 교향곡이고 캐릭터의 외형도 비슷하다.

독일어로
검은색을 의미한다. 반면 형제곡인 LVBNR5 Weiß에서 Weiß는
흰색을 의미한다.
여담으로 여보컬의 경우 pico가 부른 조어 가사이다. 랩 부분도 역시 샘플링이라 Cranky 특유의 곡 성향이 여지없이 드러나는 부분.
