재거-리처즈가 1970년 3월부터 5월까지 녹음한 9집 Sticky Fingers의 수록곡.

가스펠 느낌이 나는 리버브 기타와 스택스 레코드 분위기가 나는 발라드가 특징이다.

Sticky Fingers의 아웃트로를 시작하는 곡이기에, 다른 곡들과 마찬가지로 우울하고 퇴폐적인 가사를 담고 있다.
