스웨덴의 메탈 밴드
사바톤의 10번째 앨범인 The War to End All Wars의 첫 번째 수록곡이다.
제1차 세계대전의 시발점이 된
사라예보 사건을 주제로 한다. 성격상 인트로에 가까운데, 후술하듯 노래 자체는 짧지만 상황을 묘사하는 해설이 반주를 따라 길게 이어진다. 이는 앨범의 마지막 수록곡인 Versaille(베르사유)와 같은 구조이다.
앨범 "모든 전쟁을 끝내기 위한 전쟁(The War to End All Wars)"는, 사태를 급격히 긴박하게 만들고 제1차 세계대전의 발발에 있어 중대한 원인으로 손꼽히는 사라예보의 총격 사건과 프란츠 페르디난트 대공의 암살에 대한 노래로 시작된다.

For decades, the Austro-Hungarian empire had been a powerful influence in the heart of the Europe.
수십 년간, 오스트리아-헝가리 제국은 유럽의 심장부에서 강대한 영향력을 행사해 왔다.
Resting on a legacy, their house kept stability, order and peace.
유산 위에서 그들의 가문은 안락을 누리며, 안정과 힘, 평화를 구가했다.
But not everyone bowed to this power.
그러나 모두가 이 힘에 고개를 숙인 것은 아니었다.
In the summer of 1914, the archduke Franz Ferdinand of the empire is visiting Sarajevo, unaware of the assassins awaiting him, and what will come.
1914년 여름, 제국의 프란츠 페르디난트 대공은 사라예보를 방문한다. 자신을 기다리는 자객이 있는 줄은 모른 채. 그리고, 앞으로 무슨 일이 닥칠지도 모른 채.
Two shots are fired and the archduke is dead.
두 발이 발사되었고, 대공은 죽었다.
The empire cannot let this go unpunished, and the first declaration of war is made.
제국은 이에 응징하지 않을 수 없었고, 첫 번째 선전포고가 이루어졌다.

In the east, the Russian Tsar is trying to calm the situation with his cousin,
동방에서는, 러시아의 차르가 자신의 사촌인 독일의 카이저와 함께,
the Kaiser of Germany.
이 사태를 진정시키려 애써 본다.
But it is all in vain, the situation is out of control.
그러나 그런 노력이 무색하게도, 사태는 이미 걷잡을 수 없게 번지고 말았다.
War is unavoidable.
