영국의 일렉트로닉 그룹 더 KLF의 싱글이며 이들의 4집 앨범 The White Room의 두번째 싱글로 1991년 1월 7일에 발매되었다. 영국의 하우스 래퍼 리카도 다 포스가 랩으로, 미국의 R&B/소울/팝 걸그룹 더 아이케츠의 멤버였던 P. P. 아놀드가 보컬로 참여했다.
