1. 개요[편집]

"하느님 아일랜드를 구하소서"는 아일랜드 독립 직후 임시 국가였으며, 속칭 맨체스터 순교자 3인방을 기리기 위한 노래. 당시 맨체스터 순교자 3인방의 사형 집행은 프리드리히 엥겔스가 카를 마르크스에게 보내는 편지에서 직접 "잉글랜드와 아일랜드를 나누기 위한 마지막 행동"이라고 부를 정도로 큰 일이었다.
