1998년 발매된 [[뉴트럴 밀크 호텔]]의 2집 [[In the Aeroplane Over the Sea]]에 5번째 트랙으로 수록된 곡.

[[Two-Headed Boy]]와 Holland, 1945를 잇는 인스트루멘탈. 밴드의 금관악기 담당인 스콧 스필레인이 작곡한 곡답게 [[행진곡]]과 같은 분위기를 띠는 타악과 금관이 특징이다. 제목은 [[타로 카드]]의 메이저 아르카나 0번에서 따온 것으로 보이는데, [[The King of Carrot Flowers, Pt. 1]]의 가사에도 타로 카드와의 연관성이 드러난다.
