2016년부터 2021년까지 JohnJRenns라는 이름으로 무려 45장이 넘는 앨범을 발매했다. 2022년부터 이름을 바꿔서 활동하고 있다.
== 음악 성향 ==
제프 로젠스탁, [[Weatherday]], [[카 시트 헤드레스트]], [[파란노을]] 등등 팝펑크, 이모, 노이즈 팝 성향의 인디밴드에서 영향을 받았다고 한다.

그러면서도 [[닐 시시어리가]], [[포터 로빈슨]], [[Tally Hall]], [[칩튠]], [[bo en]] 같은 서브컬쳐스러운 음악에서도 많은 영향을 받았다.
