BLACKPINK의 두 번째 월드투어인 'BORN PINK WORLD TOUR'에서 공개된 제니의 미공개곡이다. 투어가 완전히 끝난 후 음원이 발매된 것이다.

제니에 따르면 발매일 기준 4~5년 전에 녹음한 솔로 후보곡이었다고 한다.

제니가 팬들을 위해 준비한 BORN PINK WORLD TOUR를 마무리하는 작은 선물이라고 위버스에서 밝혔다.

싱글 1집 SOLO 이후 5년만에 발매되는 솔로곡이다.

보통 2~3주 전부터 컴백을 예고했던 이전과는 달리 2일 전에 기습 발매를 예고했다.[1]
아무래도 정식 컴백은 아니기 때문.

퍼포먼스 영상은 제니의 의사로 제작되었다고 한다.

앨범 커버는 무려 세일러 문의 작가 타케우치 나오코가 작업했다.

You & Me (Jazz ver.)은 2023년 6월 1일 도쿄에서 열린 샤넬쇼에서 무대를 가졌던 버전이다.
